Posted in Brides on August 26, 2008 by Emma

We love weddings and so we were quite excited when we were chosen as ‘ Exclusive Wedding Photography for the Highlands” for the Special CD rom edition of Brides Magazine which is out on the 1st September 2008.  A big thank you to our clients for looking ridiculously wonderful on their wedding day, making our work much easier!

Part of the Process.

The processing of images for us is as important as the taking of the image itself, but how far do we go?  Digital technology affords us pin sharp images, showing incredible detail, sometimes to the point of showing detail that our eyes normally can’t see in the mirror on a daily basis, due to poor lighting, poor sight, or even  the quality of mirror we use to look at ourselves and the fact that we rarely use mirrors which magnify. Taking all these factors into consideration, one can expect their Photographer to remove the stray eyebrow hair, spots, blackheads ( we all have them!) ,  and to generally make the skin and eyes look the way you would want them too look without altering how you really are.

All Eyes

We all for the most part think we look awful in Photographs. We have  too many chins, our noses are too big, our skin is wrinkled, our teeth are crooked our  ears stick out, the list is endless! However, rarely do I hear anyone say ” Oh my eyes are just horrid”. It seems that we all have an asset in our eyes, and I have yet to see a pair  that I haven’t thought to be amazing.
